Our Story

Greetings from the beautiful mountains of Tennessee! 🌿 We are Jenny and Emory, a mother-daughter duo who founded Wandering Iris Boutique in 2023. Our journey began with a shared passion for travel, adventure, and our deep family roots.

The name Wandering Iris holds special meaning to us. It’s inspired by our love of exploration and the Cherokee meaning of "Isis," which symbolizes Faith and Hope. Jenny’s grandmother, who was of Cherokee descent, lovingly called her "Little Iris," and this tradition has been passed down to Emory, whose middle name is Hope.
